Pricing

The dual pricing structure of Ultrabook enables you to elect to pay by a fixed annual fee or, monthly, just 1% of the gross amount of bookings completed via your account. The fixed rate annual fee is based on the number of rooms or units you will be using with your Ultrabook account.

Monthly Percentage Pricing

You can elect to pay for your Ultrabook account by paying 1% of the gross value of monthly bookings made via your account. Billing requests and reports are emailed at the end of each month and payment must be completed via our secure online system using a credit or debit card within 48hours. The is a one off £49.95 set up fee payable at the start of any monthly billing agreement.

Fixed Rate Pricing

The price quoted for an account is a per annum figure, the first year being slightly higher to include setup costs.

The fee is payable in advance of your account being created and the renewal fee must be paid before or on the renewal date. We charge absolutely no commission on bookings. Setup Service Available: There is also now a setup service available to help you get the most from your UltraBook account. Although the system is very easy to set up you may want us to set up the system up for you. As part of this setup service we adjust the 'look and feel' of your UltraBook account and integrate it with your existing web site, incorporating your existing web graphics and colour scheme. Your room stock and pricing structure is also setup and any discounts and price variations for the next twelve months. The charge for this service is an additional £49.95 regardless of the number of rooms, please contact us for further details.
