Q. Is this system only for hotels and
rooms?
A. No, this system can be used for any type of accommodation and the type
of units you provide (e.g. caravans, cottages) can be displayed and the
wording of the pages will reflect your type of business. The system can be
totally tailored to your needs.
Q. Do you charge commission on bookings?
A. Only if you elect to pay for your account monthly, if you choose to pay
via the fixed rate annual fee the only charge we make for using the UltraBook system is the
annual renewal and initial set up fee.
Q. How much do you charge if I pay via
the monthly billing system?
A. If you wish to pay for your account monthly we charge only 1% of the
months gross bookings value made via your Ultrabook account. You are not
charged for bookings that are entered into the system via the secure admin
area, to for example keep availability up to date.
Q. How do I go about using the system
with my hotel/accommodation web site?
A. It couldn't be easier, the system is run on our high performance
servers. You need no special hosting requirements or expertise. You simply
need to add a link or button to your web site to link to the UltraBook
system.
Q. Can I change the prices to show
seasonal discounts?
A. Yes, the pricing structure allows you to input seasonal discounts plus
many more price variations at any time using the secure admin area.
Q. Can I change the room names to suit
my room types?
A. Yes, you can change add, edit or delete room types in your
UltraBook account using the secure admin area at any time.
Q. Can I ensure bookers comply with my
terms & conditions before they book?
A. Yes, on the general settings page in the secure admin you can tick an
option to ensure bookers must agree to your terms and conditions before
completing their reservation. This is accomplished by them being prompted to read
and agree to your terms and conditions before completing the final stage
of the booking process.
